Required Dossier Documentation
Please prepare digital PDF scans of the following mandatory materials prior to completing your student application.
1. Academic Transcripts
Official report cards and grade sheets for the past two consecutive academic years, certified by the student’s current institution.
2. Identification & Birth Records
Clear copy of student’s passport biographical page, national birth certificate, and parent/guardian valid identification credentials.
3. Teacher Recommendation
Confidential recommendation form completed directly by the applicant’s current class teacher, school principal, or guidance counselor.
4. Medical & Immunization Record
Completed institutional medical history questionnaire and certified records of age-appropriate vaccinations and dietary restrictions.
5. Language Background Form
For non-native English speakers, a summary of prior English-medium schooling and any native mother tongue requirements.
6. Transfer Certificate (TC) & Character Certificate
For students transferring from another school into Class 2 through 12, original Transfer Certificate (TC) and previous school character certificate.
